Core Definition
Structural Principle: It uses PVC-coated polyester fabric door curtain, with built-in or external horizontal wind-resistant bars (aluminum alloy or steel). Through a strap lifting system, the door curtain is vertically folded and stacked, and when opened, it stacks above the doorway, saving space.
Drive System: Usually equipped with a variable frequency motor or servo motor (power 0.75–5.5 kW), paired with a PLC control system (such as Omron, Siemens, etc.), supporting soft start and end cushioning, operating smoothly and with low noise.
Performance Characteristics
Fast Opening and Closing Speed: Opening speed 0.3–1.5 m/s, closing speed 0.3–1.2 m/s (some sources indicate up to 0.8–1.6 m/s).
High-Frequency Use: Single-day opening and closing can reach 800–1000 times, suitable for high-traffic channels.
Strong Wind Resistance: Can withstand wind pressure of grade 7–10 (about 17.1 m/s).
Good Sealing Performance: Equipped with U-shaped PVC air-sealed cloth or rubber sealing strip at the bottom, double-layer brushes on both sides of the door frame, achieving a 10,000-level sealing standard, effectively preventing dust, insects, providing insulation, and soundproofing.
Safety Features: Standard with infrared safety light curtain, bottom safety airbag, anti-collision posts, manual emergency device for power outage, and some models support UPS backup power.
