During splicing, the flatness and strength of the joints should be ensured, using hot-melt welding or high-strength adhesive, so that the joint performance matches the overall performance of the curtain.
For guide rail production, aluminum profiles must go through multiple processes including cutting, punching, and assembly. During cutting, the length and angle of the profiles must be accurate, and the punching positions must be precise to ensure accuracy during subsequent installation. During assembly, appropriate connectors should be used to securely join parts, and the surface of the guide rail should be polished to make it smooth, reducing friction between the curtain and the guide rail. For the drive system, the connection between the motor and the gearbox must be tight and concentric to ensure efficient and stable power transmission.
The installation of the transmission chain or belt should have proper tension-neither too tight, which would increase component wear, nor too loose, which would affect power transmission. The control system must adhere to strict electrical installation standards, with wiring laid out and secured properly to prevent loosening or short circuits. During door assembly, all parts must be accurately installed, and the horizontality and verticality of the door must be checked. Professional measuring tools should be used for inspection and adjustment to ensure installation precision and smooth operation of the door.
Finally, the completed high-speed rolling door should undergo comprehensive testing, checking the operation speed, stability, sealing, and functionality of safety devices, to ensure that all performance indicators meet the design requirements.
