Stacking rapid doors (also known as high-speed stacking doors) are a type of industrial door commonly used in places with high-frequency opening and closing, such as factories, warehouses, and underground parking garages. Their cleaning and maintenance need to take into account safety, material characteristics, and operational efficiency.
Daily Cleaning Steps
Power Off Operation: Before cleaning, be sure to turn off the main power of the control box and post a "Maintenance in Progress, Do Not Switch On" sign to prevent accidental startup and injury.
Door Status Adjustment: Adjust the door curtain to a half-open position to access the surface and folds of the curtain; if fully closed, manually lift it to the half-open position.
Tools Preparation
Soft-bristle brush (non-metallic)
Neutral cleaning agent (such as dish soap or PVC-specific cleaner)
Microfiber dry cloth
Soft cotton cloth or sponge
