Basic Operation Steps

Power On
Turn on the main power switch and ensure that the control system (PLC + inverter) and motor are powered normally.

Select Opening Method

Automatic Sensing: Automatically trigger the door to open through sensors such as radar, magnetic induction, infrared photoelectric sensors, etc.
Manual Control: Press the local button, rope switch, or use a wireless remote control.
Access Recognition: Swipe a card, fingerprint, facial recognition, or license plate recognition system triggers the door opening.

Operation Monitoring

The door opens at a speed of 0.3–1.5 m/s (closing speed is slightly slower, usually 0.3–1.2 m/s).
Observe whether the operation is smooth and check for abnormal noise or jamming.

Closing Operation
Automatically close after sensors detect the passage is clear, or manually press the close button.
When the door reaches the bottom, the U-shaped air seal strip will fit the uneven ground, completing the sealing.

Emergency Stop
In case of an abnormal situation, immediately press the emergency stop button (usually located near the door or on the control box), and the door will stop running immediately.

Power Failure Emergency
During a power outage, use the manual crank to manually open/close the door through the gearbox.
