Core Purchasing Indicators
Material and Structure: Aluminum alloy is lightweight and corrosion-resistant, suitable for shops and garages; steel has high strength and good anti-theft properties, suitable for warehouses; PVC is lightweight and economical but less durable.
Slat Quality: Check whether the internal reinforcing ribs of the slats are evenly distributed, whether the end connection clips have a cushioning design, and double-layer laminated or honeycomb structures are less prone to deformation.
Hardware Accessories: Hardware from reputable manufacturers should use stainless steel screws as a standard requirement. Galvanized screws may rust over time, and the anti-pry performance of locks should be checked.
Motor and Control System: The motor is the key to operation. Choose products with good heat dissipation and sufficient power reserve to avoid efficiency decline later.
Opening and Closing Speed: For fast roller shutter doors, pay attention to the actual response consistency under no-load and load conditions. Speed that fluctuates may accelerate motor aging.
Smart Control: Prefer systems that support automatic height memory, multi-point linkage, and real-time anomaly alerts. The interface should have simple Chinese prompts.
Safety Protection Configuration: Ensure the door has three layers of protection: bottom air sensing edge, rebound when encountering obstacles during operation, and manual release in case of power failure.
Infrared Detection: The sensitivity of obstacle recognition should be adjustable to avoid being too sluggish and stopping only after collision, or too sensitive and stopping mistakenly.
Fire Protection Standards: Fireproof roller shutter doors should comply with the national standard "Fireproof Roller Shutter" (GB 14102.1-2024). The new version, effective from May 1, 2025, has systematic regulations on mechanical stability and smoke toxicity.
