An air shower room is a local purification device used to remove surface dust from personnel or goods before entering a clean area. It also functions as an airlock to prevent unpurified air from entering the clean zone.

Core Functions and Roles
Dust and Contaminant Removal: Using high-speed clean air jets to blow off dust, hair, skin particles, and other particulates (≥0.3μm) from personnel or items.

Airlock Isolation: Front and rear double doors with electronic interlock ensure that both doors cannot open simultaneously during a shower, effectively blocking non-clean air from entering.

Wide Application: Widely used in industries requiring high cleanliness, such as semiconductors, electronics, biopharmaceuticals, food processing, laboratories, and automotive painting.

Structural and Configuration Features
Cabinet Material
Cold-rolled steel (acid pickled, phosphated, and electrostatically sprayed, suitable for electronics and general industries)

All stainless steel (SUS304/201, suitable for food, pharmaceuticals, and humid or corrosive environments)

Color steel plate (low cost, used in areas with less strict cleanliness requirements)

Door Types: Manual doors, automatic sliding doors, rapid roll-up doors, 90-degree positioning doors, etc., with electronic interlock support.

Nozzle System
Made of all stainless steel, adjustable 360°
Single-person models typically have 6–12 nozzles, with combination airflow from both sides or top + side (single/dual/triple airflow).

Filtration System: Two-stage filtration with primary filter + high-efficiency (HEPA) filter, efficiency ≥99.99% (for 0.3μm particles).
